You can close your eyes and trip with this whole album. Even with Shirim disconnected from the rest, it is still a banger.
Favorite track: Desert Horse.

This one is weird in that it feels like two EPs separated by an interlude. The first three tracks are absolute masterpieces that blew my mind, so I was wishing that the rest of the album would be more connected and similarly experimental. But despite that, it's still fantastic music, Melody's Echo Chamber has a 2 for 2 track record of making some of the greatest albums I've ever heard.
Favorite track: Desert Horse.

Beautiful, eccentric, weird, jazzy, dreamy, sad, and happy. Everything I wanted in a follow up to Melody’s previous masterpiece. The coda in “Quand...” is one of the best things I’ve ever heard.
Favorite track: Quand Les Larmes D'un Ange Font Danser La Neige.
Made up of seven expansive tracks, Bon Voyage marries Melody’s breathless soprano to the wildest sonic excursions, always pinned to an emphatic, clattering groove as she delivers her fables of spiritual search and emotional healing in multiple tongues (French, English and Swedish).
Bon Voyage is a collaborative record between Prochet and Dungen’s Reine Fiske and The Amazing’s Fredrik Swahn with Melody sculpting and producing the sessions as well as encouraging the players around her to experiment, often with instruments that might be less familiar to them. It also features special guests Gustav Esjtes and Johan Holmegaard (both from Dungen) and Nicholas Allbrook (Pond).

great album. little bit different then the rest of the beach house albums. "heavier" I guess you could say, but the direction they took with it is always fun to listen too. it sure has that beach house consistentcy that they always have. chrissn1
I hear this album for long rides, on calm sundays or early mornings. My favorite album for those moments when there's no rush and you remember you still got time, so great! moichavez

The Seams' jangly pop is full of lovely melodic twists and elegant turns-of-phrases delineating the quotidian details of love and romance. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 5, 2018
